Role Overview

This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day operations across documentation checks, shipment/load audits, rate correction coordination, and recurring reporting. The role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to coordinate with multiple internal teams, and comfort working in a fast-paced logistics environment.

Load Verification

  • Check load-related paperwork and make sure all documents are completed within the required timelines.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to close any pending or incomplete documentation items.
  • Keep accurate records and correspondence for all load verification work.
  • Follow internal process standards and documentation rules without deviation.

Load Audits

  • Carry out load audits according to the assigned audit schedule.
  • Review transactions against the approved audit checklist and supporting files.
  • Spot mismatches or errors and work with the appropriate teams to resolve them.
  • Compile audit findings and share reports with the relevant stakeholders.

Rate Adjustments

  • Work with Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable teams on rate change requests.
  • Ensure approvals and backup documents are properly collected and retained.
  • Track each adjustment request until it is fully closed.

Reporting

  • Draft and circulate daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports in the required format.
  • Review operational data to identify exceptions, patterns, and process issues.
  • Provide management with accurate reporting and useful operational insights.

Eligibility and Requirements

  • Applicants should hold a graduation degree in any field.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in operations, logistics, documentation, audit, or process coordination is expected.
  • Experience in US logistics, transportation, freight brokerage, or similar work is preferred.
  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving ability are important for this role.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to manage internal stakeholders are required.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting tools is needed.
  • Candidates must be willing to work from the Bangalore office.
  • Candidates must be available for a US shift.

Job Details

This is a full-time, permanent role based in Bangalore. The working schedule is Monday to Friday, with a US shift from 6:30 PM to 3:30 AM IST.
