Job description

Role overview

Electronic Arts builds interactive entertainment experiences for players and fans worldwide. In this role, you will support the Tracab operations function in Germany and the Czech Republic, where the work centers on capturing and converting live football data into digital form. The position is also responsible for coordinating a large student workforce and acting as the main day-to-day contact across the employee journey.

Key responsibilities

  • Track workforce requirements and hiring plans, then source and screen high volumes of student employees across Germany and the Czech Republic.
  • Manage onboarding activities and collect required records, including proof of university enrollment, while ensuring alignment with EA policies and local legal requirements.
  • Partner with Tracab operations teams to plan shifts and keep records of working hours and pay-related thresholds for student workers, minijob workers in Germany, and DPCs in Czechia.
  • Prepare reports and operational tracking data, working closely with Talent Acquisition, Operations, People Experience, and Payroll teams to support compliance and process improvements.

Required background

  • At least 1 year of experience in workforce coordination, high-volume recruitment, or HR operations, with exposure to shift planning and operational reporting.
  • Hands-on experience handling employment paperwork for student workers in Germany; knowledge of Czech employment rules is an advantage.
  • Strong professional English and fluent German are required; Czech language skills are a bonus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or equivalent practical experience.
