Job description

Role overview

This position focuses on supporting healthcare network expansion and provider onboarding across doctors, hospitals, and diagnostic centres in Bengaluru. The work involves field visits, coordinating appointments, handling phone calls, keeping records accurate in real time, and collecting the required documents. It is suited to someone who wants to learn quickly, make a meaningful contribution, and grow in a fast-moving healthcare environment.

Key responsibilities

  • Coordinate timely onboarding of doctors, hospitals, and diagnostic centres in partnership with the network team.
  • Work with network colleagues to obtain accurate and complete data.
  • Support the operations and network functions whenever issues arise.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to move new initiatives forward.
  • Understand queries thoroughly and work toward practical solutions.
  • Partner with the technology team to help improve provider experience and satisfaction.
  • Carry out doctor onboarding, hospital onboarding, and diagnostic centre onboarding through visits and field assignments.
  • Answer incoming calls and confirm scheduled appointments.
  • Maintain records and clean data in real time.
  • Collect all required documents as part of the onboarding process.

Required skills and profile

  • Graduate or undergraduate candidate from a respected institution.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Comfortable working under pressure in a demanding environment.
  • Good working knowledge of the internet.
  • Strong follow-through to ensure tasks are completed.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Around 2 years of relevant experience.
