Job description

We are seeking an experienced Onsite Support Technician (m/f/d) in Frankfurt am Main for an international, long-term IT service project.
You will be responsible for providing on-site technical user support and ensuring smooth IT operations through a professional walk-in center as well as traditional on-site support.
Tasks

Management of the walk-in center (drop-off/pick-up kiosk) and provision of on-site support services
First- and second-level support for users regarding Windows Client, MS Office, and standard software
Remote support for users and technicians
Endpoint and Mobile Device Management (MDM)
Staging and image loading, as well as managed deployments
Conference room and meeting room support (audio/video equipment, connections, etc.)
Asset clearing and documentation in the asset management system
Coordination of hardware repairs with external service providers
Warehousing & logistics for shipping and remote locations

Requirements

Experience as an on-site technician or in hardware and software support
Strong skills in troubleshooting Windows client environments (on-premises)
Basic knowledge of infrastructure topics (e.g., networks, cabling, patching)
Strong service orientation, ability to work in a team, and a proactive approach
Excellent written and spoken English skills (C1); German skills are a plus
Willingness to work shifts and be on call
Valid work permit/visa for Germany
ITIL certification is a plus
