Key responsibilities

• Greet and support guests arriving or staying overnight so they have a calm and positive experience.
• Oversee the security and overall safety of the property during night-duty hours.
• Manage late arrivals and departures in an efficient and professional manner.
• Address guest questions and concerns quickly, with a focus on practical solutions.
• Help with light housekeeping and maintenance duties when needed.
• Protect the hotel’s confidentiality and uphold its standards of integrity at all times.

Requirements

• Prior exposure to hospitality, hotel operations, or a similar guest-facing environment is preferred.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfort working on your own and taking responsibility during overnight shifts.
• Good attention to detail and a practical approach to solving problems.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays as required.
