Role overview

The company is seeking a Middle Project Manager with solid experience in project management and process implementation. In this role, you will drive the creation and rollout of internal systems and business processes, working closely with stakeholders across business and technical functions. The ideal candidate is analytical, collaborative, and comfortable managing discussions with people at different levels of the organization.

What you will do

  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of internal projects, starting from requirement discovery and continuing through delivery and process adoption.
  • Run user interviews and stakeholder discovery conversations to understand needs, test assumptions, and turn insights into clear project requirements.
  • Act as the link between business teams and technical teams to keep expectations aligned and communication precise.
  • Track risks, blockers, and dependencies, and define practical ways to reduce their impact.
  • Support the launch of new products, tools, or processes into existing business operations.
  • Drive change management activities and stay adaptable as priorities, requirements, and business needs evolve.
  • Monitor project KPIs and delivery progress to ensure outcomes stay aligned with business goals.
  • Gather and review data to guide decisions and shape recommended solutions.
  • Prepare status updates and progress reports for stakeholders and senior leadership.
  • Spot opportunities to improve processes and close efficiency gaps across teams.

What the team is looking for

The role calls for at least 3 years of experience in project management, along with practical exposure to business process analysis, process improvement, or product workflow development. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities are important, particularly when working with both business and technical audiences. A data-informed mindset, strong organizational ability, and comfort with shifting priorities are also essential. Experience with AI, or with introducing AI into products or business processes, is required. English proficiency at B2 level or higher is needed.

Hiring process

  • Applications are reviewed manually against the role requirements, with attention given to each candidate individually.
  • Selected candidates may be asked to complete a video interview for the hiring manager’s review, followed by a test or short project.
  • Shortlisted applicants are then invited to speak with the hiring manager and/or interview panel in a live meeting or Zoom session.
  • Final decisions are made after a live conversation, and offers are only discussed after direct interaction with the candidate.

Privacy and accommodations

The company states that it follows applicable data privacy and security laws and regulations. Candidates who need accommodations because of a disability or neurodiversity may request support such as extra time, an alternative communication format, or flexible scheduling.
