Role overview

This position is a full-time, on-site Merchandiser role based in the Tabuk Region. The role focuses on keeping products well displayed and readily available across Ninja’s outlets. It requires close coordination with store managers and cross-functional teams to maintain attractive shelves, accurate stock levels, and merchandising that supports customer demand and sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Arrange products neatly and ensure shelf presentation supports strong visibility and easy customer access.
• Track inventory regularly and help maintain accurate stock levels across assigned locations.
• Review sales patterns and use those insights to improve merchandising decisions.
• Implement merchandising plans that help increase product movement and overall sales performance.
• Work with store managers and internal teams to create engaging in-store displays.
• Keep stock records aligned with actual availability and coordinate replenishment when needed.
• Ensure products are positioned in a way that matches customer needs and store priorities.

Candidate profile

The ideal candidate should bring strong communication and customer service abilities, along with hands-on experience in sales and retail. A good understanding of marketing concepts is important for effective product placement and promotions. The role also calls for careful attention to detail, strong organization, and the ability to work well in a fast-moving environment. Familiarity with basic computer tools and inventory management systems will be an added advantage. Experience in retail or FMCG is preferred.
