About the Role

We’re looking for a creative, well-organised Graduate Marketing Coordinator to join the marketing team. This opportunity is suited to recent graduates who want to build a career in marketing, brand management, and digital communications.

In this position, you’ll help plan and deliver marketing campaigns, coordinate promotional initiatives, support content development, and review campaign results. You’ll work closely with internal stakeholders and outside partners to help grow brand visibility and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and rollout of marketing campaigns across both digital and offline channels.
  • Coordinate marketing assets, promotional initiatives, and brand-focused activities.
  • Draft, prepare, and schedule content for social media, websites, and email campaigns.
  • Assist with the creation of marketing collateral, presentations, and promotional materials.
  • Track campaign performance and compile marketing reports.
  • Carry out market research and competitor reviews.
  • Keep marketing calendars and campaign timelines up to date.
  • Liaise with designers, content professionals, and external vendors.
  • Help organise events, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Make sure all marketing communication stays aligned with the brand.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Public Relations, or a similar discipline.
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills.
  • Good organisational skills and the ability to coordinate projects effectively.
  • Comfort using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
  • Creative mindset with a sharp eye for detail.
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks in a busy, fast-moving environment.
  • Good teamwork and interpersonal abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Exposure gained through an internship or university marketing project.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing practices.
  • Basic working knowledge of Google Analytics, Canva, Mailchimp, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing fundamentals.
  • Experience with CRM tools such as HubSpot or Salesforce would be an advantage.
