Role Overview

This position calls for an experienced leader to shape, refine, and continually improve the performance framework for Cabin Crew. You will guide the design and ongoing enhancement of the Cabin Crew performance matrix while ensuring the team operates with strong safety awareness, operational efficiency, and alignment with RX values.

You will also oversee the management and development of Cabin Crew Performance staff, with accountability for their day-to-day performance, growth, and conduct. The role requires close coordination with Guest Experience and Flight Operations so that all policies, processes, and procedures support the broader service and operational strategy.

In addition, you will provide constructive feedback to Cabin Crew Training Management and Guest Experience teams to help improve training content and guest touchpoints. Your work will contribute to better support for both crew and guests across the operation.

The role includes support for hiring, coaching, and guiding the performance management team, as well as active participation in safety, security, and compliance initiatives. The department is expected to maintain the highest standards across regulatory, operational, and cultural expectations.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate is degree-qualified and brings at least 5 years of experience in an airline flight operations environment, including 3 years in a Cabin Crew management or performance leadership role. Experience in mentoring and developing Cabin Crew is essential.

Additional strength will come from experience in preparing detailed reports and carrying out data analysis. The role is suited to someone who can lead with professionalism, develop people effectively, and contribute to a high-performing service culture.
