This is a full-time, on-site role for someone who is dependable, quick to learn, and comfortable working in a food manufacturing environment.The role involves running and observing production and packaging equipment, helping the production flow stay efficient, and ensuring that hygiene, safety, and quality expectations are met throughout the workday.CompensationThe pay range for this position is ₹10,000 to ₹20,000 per month, with the final offer depending on experience.ResponsibilitiesRun production and packaging machines in an efficient manner.Keep an eye on machine performance while manufacturing is in progress.Check that equipment is properly set up and operating correctly before production begins.Support the team in meeting daily output targets.Work with the production and quality control teams during the manufacturing process.Handle raw materials and finished goods carefully and correctly.Report machine faults or breakdowns without delay.Keep machines clean and perform basic day-to-day upkeep.Follow all safety rules and operating instructions.Maintain hygiene and food safety standards at all times.Ensure products are handled properly during every stage of operation.Work in line with company SOPs and production guidelines.RequirementsExperience in machine operation or a manufacturing role is preferred.Should have a basic understanding of production machinery.Must be able to work in a busy, fast-moving production setting.Needs to be physically fit and ready to work on the shop floor.Prior exposure to food manufacturing or FMCG operations is an added advantage.Basic knowledge of machine troubleshooting is preferred.Work scheduleThe working days are Monday through Saturday, with Sundays as the weekly off.
