The position involves coordinating shipments, managing transportation, and supporting export-related documentation and follow-ups.Key responsibilitiesOrganize transport for both domestic dispatches and export consignments.Liaise with freight forwarders and shipping lines to ensure smooth movement of goods.Draft and manage shipment paperwork such as invoices, packing lists, and bill of lading details.Monitor shipments and keep delivery updates current.Work closely with the warehouse and packing staff to align dispatch activities.Coordinate follow-ups with transporters and clearing agents.Keep accurate logistics records and routine reports.Use basic knowledge of logistics processes and export documentation to support daily operations.Communicate clearly with internal teams and external partners.EligibilityOnly candidates interested in this full-time logistics position should apply.
