Learnlight is an EdTech company dedicated to fostering human skills for effective communication, empathy, and connection in the global workplace. We aim to bridge the gap between strategy and execution by enhancing communication abilities, cultural intelligence, and interpersonal fluency through a blend of expert trainers and an AI-powered platform. Our approach is sustainable, prioritizing the well-being of our people, communities, and the planet.

Your Career Opportunity

This is an exciting full-time, remote role where you will report to the Product Manager. As a Learning Project Manager, you will be instrumental in the planning, execution, and oversight of learning development projects, encompassing both the creation of new content and the upkeep of existing materials. Your responsibilities will include coordinating with key stakeholders, managing collaborators, and ensuring adherence to project processes to achieve timely, within-budget, and objective-aligned outcomes. A crucial aspect of this role involves proactively identifying and mitigating risks that could jeopardize project success. You will be part of a creative and agile team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality digital learning experiences for adult learners worldwide.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate projects focused on Language, Intercultural, and Interpersonal Skills, establishing clear project plans, milestones, and timelines in accordance with the Project Life Cycle.
  • Manage stakeholders and collaborators, ensuring alignment on project scope, individual responsibilities, and workload, while providing guidance with a high degree of emotional intelligence.
  • Oversee the execution and quality assurance of projects, verifying that content meets established standards, maintaining accurate documentation, and tracking progress using tools such as ClickUp or Excel.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate potential project risks, making necessary adjustments to project scope, schedule, or budget to ensure successful delivery.
  • Drive improvements in team processes and efficiency through regular stand-up meetings, consultation with subject matter experts, and collaboration with Learning Business Analysts to anticipate and address potential issues.
  • Manage project budgets and financial reporting, including monitoring expenses, coordinating payments for external collaborators, forecasting future financial requirements, and providing regular progress updates to key stakeholders.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in planning, forecasting, and budget management.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing stakeholders and external resources, such as content creators, trainers, or developers.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and a solid understanding of product development processes, preferably within the EdTech or a related industry.
  • Demonstrated experience with Agile project management methodologies and the ability to apply best practices for successful project delivery.
  • Exceptional collaboration and empathy skills, with the ability to motivate teams, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and adeptly resolve conflicts.
  • Fluency in English, a self-directed work ethic, meticulous attention to detail, and confidence in managing multiple projects simultaneously, supported by strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.

Perks

  • Enjoy a healthy work-life balance with our remote work-from-home culture, with opportunities for collaboration in regional offices if applicable. Benefit from generous paid time off, including public and personal holidays, plus two company-wide days off annually for rest and rejuvenation.
  • Access continuous learning and development opportunities, including language learning, masterclasses, and professional growth programs, within a supportive culture that emphasizes coaching and constructive feedback.
  • Participate in community events, including virtual wellbeing sessions, team-building activities, and informal social clubs, to foster connections with colleagues.
  • Stay informed with regular updates shared through our internal networking platform.
  • Gain valuable insights through our Intercultural Assessment to enhance cross-cultural collaboration.
  • Refer talented professionals to Learnlight through our referral program and earn a bonus (subject to conditions).
  • We are committed to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion and welcome talent from all backgrounds. Learn more about our DEI Workplace Certification and commitments.
