About The Role
Powerco is seeking a passionate Learning & Development Lead to enhance workforce and leadership capabilities across the organization. This role involves designing and overseeing practical, role-specific learning systems that align with strategic goals, regulatory requirements, and operational needs. The objective is to integrate learning into daily activities to achieve measurable improvements in performance, safety, and leadership effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain a role-based learning and capability framework that supports Powerco’s strategic objectives and safety-critical positions.
- Create effective learning pathways for frontline, technical, leadership, and critical roles.
- Collaborate with business units to ensure enterprise learning standards are consistent with business-specific technical training.
- Manage learning systems, quality assurance processes, evaluation metrics, and reporting to ensure uniformity and demonstrable impact.
- Contribute to leadership development programs aimed at enhancing people leadership, safety leadership, and change management skills.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will possess a proven background in developing and implementing comprehensive enterprise learning strategies, frameworks, and programs. A strong history of designing learning initiatives that boost capability, performance, and engagement is essential. Proficiency with digital learning systems, tools, and reporting is required, alongside excellent stakeholder engagement skills for cross-organizational collaboration. Experience in evaluating learning effectiveness and utilizing insights for continuous improvement is also key. A practical, collaborative mindset and a dedication to fostering employee growth are highly valued.
