The organization is growing its network of Learning Designers and is seeking creative professionals who can craft engaging, practical, and high-impact learning experiences.

Role overview

This position involves building complete learning solutions such as learning journeys, workshop content, facilitator materials, participant workbooks, activities, assessments, and other interventions aligned to client requirements and business goals.

The ideal candidate should bring together creativity, a solid understanding of business needs, and up-to-date instructional design methods.

Responsibilities

• Develop engaging programs for leadership, behavioral, and business learning topics.
• Build learning journeys, workshop frameworks, and activity-based learning experiences.
• Prepare facilitator manuals, participant workbooks, slide decks, and supporting learning assets.
• Use contemporary instructional design approaches and adult learning concepts.
• Work closely with subject matter experts, facilitators, and project teams to maintain quality.
• Create interactive and experiential learning formats that keep participants engaged.
• Contribute to assessment and evaluation design whenever needed.
• Ensure learning content matches client goals and the organization’s culture.

Qualifications and requirements

• Demonstrated background in instructional design or learning experience design.
• Good knowledge of corporate learning environments and how they operate.
• Prior exposure to government or corporate clients in the UAE is strongly preferred.
• Strong English writing and content-organization skills; Arabic is an added advantage.
• Creative thinking, originality, and careful attention to detail.
• Ability to handle several assignments at once and meet deadlines.

Engagement type

This role may be taken up as a full-time position or on a freelance / project-based basis.

Location preference

Candidates based in the UAE are preferred. The role is listed in Abu Dhabi, Abu Dhabi Emirate, United Arab Emirates.
