Role Purpose
This position is responsible for shaping and improving the complete learner journey and digital learning environment across HITCL. The role focuses on learner satisfaction, strong digital delivery, data-led improvement, and efficient learning operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, manage, and refine the full learner journey across all HITCL programs to maintain strong engagement, satisfaction, and learning outcomes.
- Set up, monitor, and improve digital learning experiences while ensuring LMS/LXP platforms and related systems remain reliable, scalable, and effective.
- Define and enforce instructional design and content quality standards for digital learning assets that are relevant to business needs and academically sound.
- Build and oversee learning KPIs, dashboards, and reporting structures that support accurate analysis and informed decision-making.
- Coordinate training delivery through scheduling, logistics, calendars, and learner communications to ensure smooth execution.
- Lead and develop teams working across content production, digital solutions, analytics, and training coordination.
- Assess learning tools and technologies and recommend improvements that strengthen learner experience, efficiency, and scalability.
- Maintain content libraries, version control, reusability practices, and support services for school production requirements.
- Ensure all digital learning content reflects adult-learning principles, academic governance, and HITCL’s learning philosophy.
- Work closely with schools and campus services to deliver training programs on time and without operational errors.
Experience and Qualifications
Candidates should hold a bachelor’s degree in Education, Technology, Business, or a related field. A master’s degree in one of these areas is preferred.
The role requires 12 to 15 years of experience in learning experience design, digital learning, or corporate education, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership position handling enterprise learning platforms or learning enablement responsibilities.
Experience with learning experience design, instructional design, LMS/LXP management, learning analytics, and team leadership is essential. An instructional design certification such as ATD or an equivalent credential is preferred.

This is a senior leadership role focused on enabling scalable, learner-centered training delivery across HITCL. The position combines learner experience design, platform administration, content creation oversight, analytics, and training coordination to support consistent and effective learning journeys aligned with academic standards and strategic goals.
