- Proficiency in Lean, Six Sigma, Theory of Constraints, or comparable methodologies, with practical experience in real-world operational settings.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and stakeholder management capabilities, with a proven ability to influence at all organizational levels.
