Commitment: We are specifically looking for candidates seeking long-term opportunities. Candidates primarily engaged in multiple freelance commitments or inconsistent work schedules are advised not to apply.
Target-Based Role: This role is completely Target-oriented. The candidate will be responsible for generating leads and converting them into successful clients independently.
Target - to generate minimum 25,000 monthly revenue.
Monitoring: Time tracking software will be used to monitor productivity and work hours. Please proceed only if you are comfortable working with third-party time-tracking & monitoring tools.
Schedule: This is a remote part-time opportunity requiring 6 working hours per day for 6 days a week.
Duration: We are specifically seeking candidates who are available for at least 6 months (or more).
Interview: Candidates who move forward in the hiring process will be required to participate in a video interview. If you are not comfortable with video interviews, please do not apply.
Probation Period: Three month probation with 15,000/month salary, unlimited incentives and minimum 25,000 monthly revenue target.


Role Overview -

-> The Lead Outreach & Conversion Executive will be responsible for finding potential clients, generating leads, conducting outreach, and converting those leads into successful paying customers.
-> The candidate will manage the complete sales process independently from lead sourcing and communication to sales closure and client onboarding.
-> The role requires strong communication skills, confidence, negotiation ability, persistence, and a result-oriented mindset.
-> Candidates are free to use any ethical lead generation methods including:
a. Social media outreach
b. Personal networking
c. Cold messaging
d. Community engagement
e. Online research
f. Professional networking platforms
-> The candidate will be fully responsible for closing sales independently without depending on a separate sales team.
-> This role is ideal for self-motivated individuals who are confident in communication, networking, and client handling.

-> Open to freshers or individuals interested in sales, business development, client acquisition, or networking.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities -

1- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
-> Research and identify potential clients from the internet, social media platforms, communities, or personal networks.
-> Generate high-quality leads relevant to company services.
2- Outreach & Communication:
-> Connect with prospects through messages, calls, emails, or social media outreach.
-> Build relationships and maintain professional communication with potential clients.
3- Sales Closure:
-> Handle the complete sales process from initial outreach to successful deal closure.
-> Understand client requirements and pitch services effectively.
-> Convert interested prospects into paying customers.
4- Follow-Ups & Relationship Building:
-> Conduct timely follow-ups with leads.
-> Maintain healthy communication and relationship management with prospects.
5- Reporting & Tracking:
-> Maintain proper records of leads, conversations, and conversions.
-> Submit regular work updates and sales progress reports.

1- Communication Skills:
-> Strong verbal and written communication skills.
-> Confidence in client interaction and sales conversations.
2- Sales & Negotiation Skills:
-> Ability to convince, negotiate, and close deals professionally.
-> Understanding of basic sales psychology and client handling.
3- Lead Generation Skills:
-> Ability to find and approach potential clients through multiple platforms.
-> Familiarity with social media outreach and networking strategies.
4- Self-Motivation & Consistency:
-> Ability to work independently without constant supervision.
-> Strong discipline, consistency, and result-oriented mindset.
5- Technical Skills:
-> Basic understanding of Google Docs / MS Excel.
-> Familiarity with communication and networking platforms.
6- Tech Adaptability:
-> Candidate must be tech-savvy and able to quickly learn new tools and systems.

Perks & benefits

Salary Structure -

-> Base Salary: 15,000 per month.
-> Performance Incentive:
a. No incentives for the initial ₹20,000 per month.
b. Upto 30% incentive on sales amount above ₹20,000 up to ₹50,000
c. Upto 20% incentive on sales amount above ₹50,000
-> Important Condition:
The candidate must close atleast 1 successful sale to become eligible for the base salary payout.
