About the Role

Sphinx Worldbiz is seeking a motivated Lead Generation Executive to join their sales team in Noida. This role is crucial for identifying and nurturing potential clients, contributing directly to the company's growth in the IT services and consulting sector.

Responsibilities

• Support demand generation initiatives through proactive cold calling, effective prospecting, and meticulous database building to pinpoint prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure the smooth execution of sales activities and to meet and exceed client expectations.
• Undertake market mapping exercises to gain insights into prevailing industry trends and conduct competitor analysis, informing the development of robust sales strategies.
• Offer assistance in generating qualified leads by thoroughly researching the needs and preferences of potential customers.

Job Requirements

• Possess 0-1 year of relevant experience within the IT services or consulting industry.
• Demonstrate strong communication capabilities, with a proven ability to establish rapport with clients over telephone interactions.
• Exhibit proficiency in various lead generation methodologies, including cold calling, prospecting, and comprehensive database building.
