Samsic Facility Ireland is seeking a dedicated Kitchen Porter to join their team in Dublin 5. This full-time, onsite position offers an immediate start and involves maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene within the kitchen and dining areas. The role reports to the Area Manager and requires adherence to Good Manufacturing Practices and Safety guidelines. Key Responsibilities

• Ensure the kitchen and dining spaces are kept clean and hygienic.
• Wash all dishes, cutlery, and kitchen equipment.
• Maintain the cleanliness of floors, tables, chairs, and self-service areas.
• Monitor and restock vending machines with food items.
• Replenish milk dispensers, cutlery stations, and other customer service points.
• Regularly empty bins and manage waste disposal.
• Assist the chef and engage professionally with customers.
• Handle daily operational issues promptly and professionally.
• Work autonomously while strictly following GMP and Safety protocols.
• Adhere to all Health & Safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a kitchen porter, catering, or cleaning role is beneficial but not mandatory.
• HACCP certification is a plus; comprehensive training will be supplied.
• Proficiency in English, including speaking, comprehension, and reading.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Ireland.
• Capability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
• Demonstrate reliability, responsibility, and a commitment to high standards in cleanliness and customer service.
• Full training will be provided for the role.
