Kitchen Porter

Role overview

Wagamama’s kitchens are built around fresh ingredients, made-to-order dishes, and a fast-paced team environment. As a kitchen porter, you’ll play a key support role by keeping the kitchen clean, orderly, and ready for service so chefs can concentrate on cooking bold, high-quality food.

Key duties

• Maintain a clean and hygienic kitchen environment at all times.
• Wash pots, pans, utensils, and other equipment so the kitchen team can keep working efficiently.
• Replenish cleaning supplies and let the team know when stock is running low.
• Support the kitchen with simple prep tasks when extra help is needed.
• Follow all health and safety rules to protect yourself and your colleagues.
