About the Role

What You'll Do
- Oversee the entire recruitment lifecycle, from candidate sourcing and interview coordination to offer finalization.
- Employ a variety of sales and business development strategies to secure new clients and expand your market reach.
- Identify, vet, and present suitable candidates to clients within the DACH region.
- Cultivate enduring relationships with both clients and candidates in your designated industry niche.
- Operate within established engineering markets while actively seeking out new avenues for growth.
What We Offer
- A competitive starting salary: €34,000 for those without a degree, €35,000 for Bachelor's degree holders, and €37,000 for Bachelor's degree holders with B2-level German proficiency.
- An uncapped commission structure with projected earnings: Year 1 OTE of €50K–€55K, Year 2 OTE of €70K–€80K, and Year 3 OTE of €90K–€100K.
- Extensive training programs including structured onboarding, classroom instruction, practical desk-side coaching, and personalized 1:1 mentoring.

Who We're Looking For
- Fluency in English is essential as the Cologne office conducts all business in English.
- Proficiency in German is advantageous for recruiting across Germany but not a mandatory requirement.
- No prior recruitment experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.
- Excellent communication skills coupled with a proactive, sales-oriented mindset.
- Candidates should be ambitious, resilient, and driven by achievement.
- Must possess the legal right to work in Germany; visa sponsorship is not offered.
- Must reside in Cologne or be willing to relocate within a 40-minute commute of Central Cologne.
