Role overview
This role is posted for a partner company that oversees the application and hiring process directly. The opportunity is for a Junior Growth Marketer based in the United Kingdom. You will help expand brand awareness and user engagement across several digital channels within a fast-moving SaaS setting. The position is designed to provide practical exposure to modern growth marketing while working alongside experienced marketers and other teams. It suits someone who is inquisitive, well-organized, and excited to build a career in SaaS marketing and product-led growth. The team environment is collaborative, flexible, and encourages testing ideas, taking ownership, and continuous learning.
What you'll do
- Help run social media activity by sharing content on priority channels, engaging with SaaS and product communities, and keeping the brand visible and consistent.
- Support partnership efforts with SaaS businesses, creators, and industry specialists for co-marketing initiatives and collaborative campaigns.
- Look into relevant industry events, webinars, and speaking opportunities, and help coordinate participation to widen brand reach.
- Turn long-form content such as blog posts, webinars, and guides into shorter assets for social platforms, newsletters, and other distribution formats.
- Assist with drafting and polishing marketing copy for product launches, landing pages, and announcements so the messaging stays clear and aligned.
- Contribute to online PR by finding media opportunities, sending pitches, and adding the company to suitable directories and platforms.
- Test and recommend new AI tools, automation methods, and distribution approaches that can improve marketing speed and scale.
- Work with the broader marketing team to keep campaigns moving smoothly across multiple channels.
Requirements
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- 0 to 2 years of experience in marketing, communications, growth, or a similar area; internships and academic projects are acceptable.
- Genuine interest in SaaS, digital marketing, product-led growth, and community-led growth approaches.
- Strong personal organization, initiative, and the ability to manage several tasks and projects at once.
- Basic familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
- Exposure to tools such as Canva, Notion, Figma, or scheduling software is helpful.
- Curiosity about AI tools, automation, and newer marketing workflows, plus a willingness to learn.
- Comfort working independently in a remote, asynchronous setup.
- Careful attention to detail and a mindset for improving content quality through iteration.
- Nice to have: experience with community engagement, content creation, or marketing automation tools.
Perks and benefits
- Completely remote working arrangement with flexible and asynchronous collaboration.
- Hands-on exposure to SaaS growth marketing and live campaign work.
- Experience across co-marketing, partnerships, and multi-channel marketing tactics.
- A culture that encourages learning, experimentation, and trying new tools and ideas.
- Flexible schedule that supports a healthy work-life balance.
- Direct collaboration with experienced marketers and room to develop in the field.
- An inclusive and diverse workplace that values innovation, fairness, and teamwork.
- Compensation is stated to be competitive for the local market and will be discussed openly during the hiring process.
Eligibility
Candidates must be based in the United Kingdom. Applicants with 0 to 2 years of relevant experience are welcome, including those with internships or academic project experience.
