Junior Designer (m/w/d)

Overview

Sherpa Design is looking for a junior designer who is eager to explore new creative directions and help shape brands through strong visual thinking and multimedia execution. The company is a motivated team focused on brand development, design, and bringing creative concepts to life across different channels.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in delivering design projects from concept to execution.
• Contribute a variety of creative ideas and visual approaches.
• Create and implement design assets and layouts.
• Assist with preparing presentations and client meetings.
• Take ownership of additional projects independently.

Requirements

• Completed studies in corporate design or a similar qualification.
• At least 1 year of professional experience in an agency environment.
• Strong creativity and the ability to turn ideas into cohesive design solutions.
• A high standard of quality in your own work.
• Careful, self-directed, and well-structured working style.
• Curiosity, enjoyment of communication, and strong teamwork skills.
• Openness to new topics, trends, and innovations in design, UI/UX, and AI.
• Initial hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, and Claude.
• Confident use of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
