Junior Data Analyst (Entry / Junior Level)

Role overview

This is a part-time, remote opportunity for an entry-level Junior Data Analyst at Libros de Microfinanzas in the United States. The role supports data-informed decision-making by helping gather, structure, and interpret information for the team.

What you will do

• Collect and organize datasets so they are ready for analysis and reporting.
• Build and maintain data models that help support business decisions.
• Prepare detailed reports and summaries based on analysis results.
• Carry out statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
• Work closely with other team members and share findings in a clear and useful way.

What we are looking for

• Working knowledge of data analytics, data modeling, and general analytical methods.
• Solid understanding of statistics and the ability to use data to draw conclusions.
• Good communication skills with the ability to explain findings clearly.
• Familiarity with analytical or statistical tools/software is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• A bachelor’s degree, or current enrollment in a degree program, in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a similar subject area.
