Role summary
This role is for a Java Developer who can contribute to enterprise application development with strong backend engineering, database, and deployment knowledge. The position is based in Noida, India.
Responsibilities
- Work hands-on with Java 17 or newer along with Struts2, Spring technologies such as MVC, Security, and Boot, Maven, and Git.
- Build and support applications using Oracle or Sybase databases, including SQL for DDL and DML, as well as triggers, stored procedures, and database functions.
- Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and work on data-focused application solutions.
- Use Linux environments, specifically Red Hat Enterprise Linux, and write Unix shell scripts as needed.
- Support CI/CD workflows using tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Artifactory.
Requirements
- Practical experience with Java 17+ and the Struts2 framework.
- Working knowledge of Spring MVC, Spring Security, and Spring Boot.
- Experience with Maven and version control using Git.
- Strong SQL skills, including DDL, DML, triggers, procedures, and database functions.
- Familiarity with Oracle or Sybase database systems.
- Good understanding of RESTful API design and data-driven application development.
- Experience working on Linux systems, especially RHEL, and with Unix shell scripting.
- Exposure to deployment and CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitHub, GitHub Actions, and Artifactory.
