As a Janitorial Associate, you help create a strong first and last impression by keeping the store clean, organized, and safe. Your work supports a pleasant shopping experience throughout the building, including the parking lot, restrooms, and receiving area.

Compensation
The hourly pay range for this role is $17 to $30. The final hourly wage will meet or exceed the minimum wage required for the work location. In addition to base pay, annual or quarterly performance incentives may be available. Extra premium pay of $0.35 to $3.00 per hour may also apply in certain situations, depending on factors such as schedule, facility, season, or the specific work being performed. More than one premium may be paid if multiple eligibility conditions are met.

This is a full-time position. Available shifts include opening and morning shifts.
Responsibilities
You are expected to keep the store clean and safe from the parking area through the restrooms and receiving area, while helping customers have a positive impression of the store.
