Overview
Our client is leading a broad, multi-year change programme designed to strengthen results, improve user experience, and build organisational capability. You will be part of a central transformation team, helping drive important work that depends on tight coordination, strong stakeholder relationships, and consistent delivery focus.
Role summary
This is an intermediate-level position supporting delivery across key initiatives within a wider transformation programme. The assignment begins as a 12-month contract and is expected to move to a fixed-term arrangement after 2 to 3 months.
What you'll be doing
- Assist with the full planning and implementation cycle for education-related initiatives.
- Bring together contributors from business, finance, data, and operations to keep delivery aligned.
- Maintain project schedules, manage risks and issues, track dependencies, and prepare progress updates.
- Support governance activities and help shape decision-making material.
- Contribute to delivery readiness through process mapping, communication planning, and rollout preparation.
- Keep work progressing across streams and help sustain momentum throughout the programme.
About you
This opportunity is well suited to someone who prefers practical delivery work and cross-team coordination within a programme setting. You may already be working as a Project Manager at intermediate level, or you may be a strong Project Coordinator ready to step up.
