Key duties

• Take workplace and commercial interior projects from concept development through to construction.
• Create strong design stories and workplace strategies that support business and user needs.
• Produce imaginative design solutions that are also commercially sound.
• Confidently present ideas and progress updates to clients and senior stakeholders.
• Serve as a dependable client contact throughout the entire project journey.
• Run workshops, presentations, and design review sessions.
• Interpret client challenges and convert them into practical, high-value design outcomes.
• Partner with design, construction, delivery, and business development teams.
• Coordinate with external consultants such as MEP, lighting, AV, landscape, and structural specialists.
• Protect the design intent as the project moves into and through delivery.
• Guide and support junior designers as needed.
• Help build a collaborative studio environment where innovation and high standards are encouraged.
