You will support the deployment of AI-based fraud detection, behavioral analytics, and real-time threat monitoring solutions for banks, fintech firms, e-commerce businesses, and other enterprises.
This role blends technical implementation with direct client communication. You will diagnose issues, guide customers through integration work, and help deliver security projects that have a real impact on each client’s environment.
Key responsibilities

- Adjust and tailor the solution according to client business goals and technical needs.
- Provide advisory support for deployment and configuration, with clear implementation guidance for customers.
- Oversee integration work, track delivery progress, and report on implementation outcomes so the solution fits smoothly into existing systems and infrastructure.
- Create and update technical materials such as implementation manuals, API references, and system setup instructions for customer technical teams.
- Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve technical problems during and after rollout.
- Handle service desk requests linked to incidents, root cause analysis, and product issues while meeting agreed SLA requirements.
- Serve as the main technical contact during implementation and respond to customer questions and concerns.
- Build strong working relationships with customers by understanding their environments and business requirements.
- Prepare implementation plans, API integration documents, schedules, and milestones together with project managers and stakeholders.
- Coordinate delivery to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, API integration engineers, QA engineers, DevOps specialists, and client teams to ensure successful delivery.
Required qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a similar discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in software development or network engineering.
- Practical exposure to web technologies such as JavaScript, APIs, and SDKs.
- Good understanding of HTTP, TLS, and RESTful services.
- Familiarity with containerization concepts.
- Working knowledge of SQL, NoSQL databases, and log analysis tools.
- Understanding of network protocols and security best practices.
- Strong debugging and troubleshooting ability.
- Experience working with clients, gathering requirements, and shaping solution designs.
Preferred experience
- Hands-on exposure to anti-fraud or cybersecurity products.
- Understanding of fraud attack techniques and patterns.
- Prior work in banking or fintech environments is an advantage.
- Ability to assess system performance, spot bottlenecks, and suggest improvements.
- Good understanding of business workflows and industry-specific banking or fintech challenges.
- Quick learner who can adapt to new tools, frameworks, and practices.
