Job Responsibilities
As an Inside Sales Intern, your typical tasks will involve:
- Offering constructive feedback to enhance the customer service procedures.
- Overseeing and guiding a group of junior customer service team members.
- Engaging directly with customers through calls to encourage settlement of pending loan amounts.
- Ensuring a minimum of 200 outbound calls each day.
Eligibility Criteria
- You must be available for a full-time internship on-site in Mumbai, Navi Mumbai, or Thane.
- Ability to commence your internship between 8th September 2026 and 13th October 2026.
- Commitment to the entire 6-month internship duration.
- Possession of relevant skills and a keen interest in the role.
