Role Summary
This opportunity is for a fresher-friendly inside sales role focused on guiding students and parents, explaining course options, and helping convert leads into admissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Place outbound and follow-up calls to students and parents.
- Identify learner needs and suggest the most relevant courses.
- Present product details, fee structure, and resolve questions clearly.
- Manage objections and work toward closing admissions within set timelines.
- Track prospects and update the sales funnel using CRM tools.
- Work toward weekly and monthly sales goals.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with students and parents over time.
Candidate Profile
- Strong communication and convincing ability.
- A results-focused attitude with a clear sales mindset.
- Comfort working in a high-energy, performance-led setting.
- Basic familiarity with CRM tools and digital platforms.
- Willingness to handle a large number of calls.
Eligibility and Work Conditions
Any graduate may apply. Early joiners are preferred. The role follows a 6-day work schedule with Monday as the fixed weekly off. Candidates must have access to their own laptop or desktop along with a stable internet connection. The position requires comfort with aggressive sales targets.
