Job Summary
This role is for an IT recruiter who can identify, evaluate, and secure strong technology professionals across a range of IT specializations. The position calls for hands-on experience in full-cycle recruitment along with a solid grasp of technical job functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Find suitable candidates through job boards, professional networks, and employee referrals.
- Review resumes and carry out early-stage interviews to assess fit.
- Arrange and manage interview schedules with hiring leaders.
- Oversee the recruitment process from initial sourcing through to the offer phase.
- Develop, organize, and keep candidate talent pools active.
- Support a smooth and positive experience for applicants throughout the hiring process.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Good understanding of IT job functions and technology areas.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
- Practical experience using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools.
Preferred Experience
- Background in hiring for software, cloud, cybersecurity, or data-related positions.
- Familiarity with recruitment norms and compliance requirements in the UK.
