Position Summary

The Information Technology Manager will oversee the company’s IT environment end to end, covering infrastructure, networks, servers, communication tools, cybersecurity, user access, business applications, and day-to-day technical support. The role is focused on keeping all systems, devices, and technology services secure, reliable, and continuously available so the business can operate effectively.

This position calls for practical technical expertise along with the ability to work with business leaders, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to align technology plans with business objectives, strengthen system performance, support digital change initiatives, and maintain compliance with internal policies and standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the organization’s IT operations, including networks, servers, hardware, communication systems, and business software.
• Maintain stable and secure day-to-day technology services for employees and business functions.
• Manage user access, permissions, and technical support requests.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to implement and improve technology solutions.
• Support cybersecurity practices and help protect systems, data, and devices.
