Role Summary

The Implementation Specialist will be responsible for guiding new clients from the sales stage through launch using a structured implementation approach. This position plays an important part in ensuring smooth, accurate, and high-quality go-lives while working closely with internal teams, subject matter experts, clients, and advisors. The role reports to the Vice President of Implementation and supports the broader Implementation Team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with implementation teammates, subject matter experts, and other internal stakeholders to move client launches forward.
  • Represent the company professionally and enthusiastically in all communications with clients and their advisors.
  • Handle client questions and requests quickly and accurately.
  • Arrange meeting invitations and make sure the right people are included.
  • Record important discussion points, decisions, and follow-up tasks from each meeting.
  • Share timelines, milestones, and implementation requirements in a clear and organized way.
  • Carry out the operational setup for new clients, including the web platform and mobile application.
  • Provide launch collateral and program materials according to the client communication plan.
  • Keep client-facing tracking systems, CRM records, and project management tools updated, complete, and accurate.
  • Help document internal processes and procedures for future reference.
  • Suggest ways to improve workflows and products based on client input and implementation learnings.
  • Coordinate materials and representation for client education events such as open enrollment sessions, health fairs, and program overviews.
  • Support additional special projects assigned by the Vice President of Implementation.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree is required; communications, health promotion, or business are preferred fields of study.
  • You should be self-driven, highly organized, detail-focused, and motivated.
  • Strong project coordination skills and clear written communication are essential.
  • Comfort and working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite are needed.

Additional Information

This is a full-time salaried position based in the continental United States or Hawaii.
