Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Jeddah. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations. Key duties include recruitment and onboarding processes, developing and implementing HR policies, administering employee benefits, overseeing payroll and overtime calculations, managing salary and end-of-service settlements, preparing job descriptions, and maintaining accurate employee records. The role also requires managing government HR platforms and systems, addressing employee inquiries, ensuring adherence to labor laws, and contributing to a positive and productive work environment. Collaboration with leadership to implement HR strategies aligned with company objectives is also a core function.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate will possess experience in various HR functions, including HR management, policy development, payroll processing, overtime and salary settlements, end-of-service calculations, employee benefits administration, personnel management, and job description creation. Proficiency with HR systems, specifically the Ektefaa system, and government platforms like Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, and Mudad is essential. A solid grasp of local labor laws and regulations, strong interpersonal and communication abilities, and the capacity to manage employee relations effectively are required. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline, along with expertise in HR software, is necessary.
