Intern Responsibilities
- Identify potential candidates using platforms such as LinkedIn, various job portals, social media, and through employee referrals.
- Evaluate and filter resumes to match position requirements for shortlisting suitable applicants.
- Perform preliminary telephonic interviews to assess candidates' fit for the roles.
- Arrange and coordinate interviews between shortlisted candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain timely communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process to ensure a positive experience.
- Acquire knowledge of current recruitment methodologies including sourcing tactics, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and candidate engagement techniques.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to meet position closure deadlines successfully.
- Meet weekly and monthly recruitment targets while upholding quality standards.
- Keep recruitment data accurate and up-to-date within the ATS.
- Receive a performance-based stipend where higher achievements correlate with increased earnings.
Candidate Eligibility
- Applicants must be able to work remotely for the duration of the internship.
- Availability to commence work between August 18, 2026, and September 22, 2026, is required.
- Candidates should commit to the full three-month internship period.
