Role Summary

The organization is looking for a proactive HR Manager to oversee daily human resources activities across its headquarters in Dubai and operations in the UK, Netherlands, and the US. This position will support a growing workforce by strengthening compliance, improving HR operations, and helping shape a positive employee experience.

The role will work closely with leadership to support business objectives, reinforce company values, and maintain an effective and people-centric workplace.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead core HR operations such as employee records, payroll coordination, benefits administration, and performance review processes, while keeping policies aligned with UK and Dubai employment regulations.
  • Handle recruitment activities end to end, including candidate sourcing, interview coordination, and creating a smooth onboarding process for new joiners.
  • Serve as the main HR contact for employee concerns, policy questions, performance matters, and general workplace support.
  • Assist managers with appraisal cycles, objective setting, and identifying learning and development opportunities for team growth.
  • Support initiatives that strengthen workplace culture, inclusion, engagement, wellbeing, and recognition.
  • Track HR data such as turnover, engagement, and hiring metrics, then use insights to suggest improvements.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in HR management or a closely related function, preferably in a fast-moving or high-growth environment.
  • Strong understanding of UK employment law or equivalent employment regulations, with the ability to keep HR policies current and compliant.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with the ability to build trust across all levels of the organisation.
  • Strong organisational ability, attention to detail, and confidence in managing several priorities at once.
  • A practical, solution-oriented mindset with the flexibility to adapt to change and contribute fresh ideas.

Benefits

  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Pension plan.
  • Discounts on healthcare products for employees.
  • Opportunities for professional growth and learning.
  • Supportive, welcoming, and inclusive team environment.

Additional Information

This is a strong opportunity for an HR professional who wants to take ownership of the HR function in a growing business and help build a collaborative, high-performing workplace.
