Role overviewThis internship is for an HR Consultant working in an in-office setup in Bangalore. The role focuses on handling employee grievances, supporting the HR business partner in follow-ups and discussions, and keeping employee relations records organized.Key responsibilitiesIn this role, you will be expected to speak with employees to understand their concerns, document issues accurately, and help manage the resolution workflow.
