Role overviewThis internship is for an HR Consultant working in an in-office setup in Bangalore. The role focuses on handling employee grievances, supporting the HR business partner in follow-ups and discussions, and keeping employee relations records organized.Key responsibilitiesIn this role, you will be expected to speak with employees to understand their concerns, document issues accurately, and help manage the resolution workflow. You will also coordinate meetings and follow-up actions with the HRBP, monitor the status of grievance cases, and assist with routine employee engagement tasks.Who this opportunity is forApplicants must be available for a full-time, on-site internship and should be able to begin between 26 May 2026 and 30 Jun 2026. The internship runs for 6 months. Candidates must be based in Bangalore and should have relevant skills and interest in HR work.
