Housekeeper

The role

Oceania is seeking a part-time Housekeeper to join the team at Eversley village in Hastings.

Key duties

• Support day-to-day cleaning and laundry activities across the site.
• Keep residents’ shared areas and private living spaces clean and tidy.
• Work in line with established procedures to help maintain sanitary, safe, and hazard-free environments.
• Take on a varied role with different tasks throughout the day.

What you will bring

• Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning work.
• Practical understanding of chemical handling.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach.
• A warm, respectful manner when dealing with residents.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe environment.
• Good attention to detail.
• Ability to work on a rotating roster.
• Eligibility to work in New Zealand.
