About the Nursery

Busy Bees Scholes, rated "Good" by Ofsted, is equipped to care for up to 94 children, offering an ideal setting for their learning, development, and growth, ensuring they receive the best possible start. The nursery features four vibrant rooms, each adapted for different age groups and developmental stages, enabling children to thrive with peers at similar stages. Beyond the extensive resources within the rooms, two expansive garden areas allow children to continue their outdoor exploration. Conveniently situated just a 5-minute drive from Wigan town center, the nursery is also accessible via public transport, with nearby bus stops on Vauxhall Road and Wellington Street served by routes 630 and 575. The town center bus station is a 10-minute walk away. Staff parking is available free of charge.

Nursery Housekeeper Role Overview

Collaborate with the Nursery team to uphold superior standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the facility. Ensure strict adherence to all Health and Safety procedures during cleaning tasks.

What We're Looking For

We seek individuals with a keen eye for detail and the ability to maintain high hygiene standards. You should be friendly, dependable, and adaptable. While no formal qualifications are mandatory, prior experience in a cleaning or housekeeping role is advantageous.
