This opening is for a Housekeeper to join a private estate in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The role is focused on keeping the property’s interior areas immaculate, orderly, and presented to a very high standard for the residents. The client will provide work visa support and relocation assistance if the candidate is not already local.

Key purpose

The successful candidate will be entrusted with maintaining cleanliness, structure, and presentation across the estate. This position calls for someone with strong attention to detail, a reliable work ethic, and a service-first mindset suited to a luxury residential environment.

Required experience and profile

Applicants should have prior housekeeping experience in a comparable luxury home, high-end residence, UHNW private estate, or premium hospitality setting. The role also requires excellent grooming, discretion, professionalism, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Core duties

• Carry out everyday cleaning tasks across all internal areas, including bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and shared spaces, using a careful and thorough approach.
• Dust, vacuum, mop, and polish surfaces to maintain a consistently refined appearance throughout the estate.
• Handle premium furnishings, fixtures, and decorative pieces with care, following any special instructions for delicate items and materials.
• Change bed linen, prepare beds, and ensure guest rooms are maintained in a clean and comfortable condition.
• Keep closets, cupboards, and storage spaces neat, well-arranged, and easy to use.
• Clean and disinfect kitchen and dining areas, including appliances, counters, and dining items, while observing food safety practices.
• Track housekeeping supplies and guest amenities, and replenish them to avoid shortages.
• Work closely with other housekeeping and estate team members to coordinate tasks and keep daily operations running efficiently.
• Protect residents’ privacy at all times and manage all sensitive information and personal belongings with discretion.
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation procedures, including correct use of cleaning products and equipment.

Working conditions and benefits

The role is based on-site in Abu Dhabi, UAE, and begins immediately. Compensation is AED 2,000 tax-free per month. Benefits include shared accommodation, meals, transport, health insurance, and one day off each week.

The client will arrange the work visa and relocation support if the selected candidate is not local. English fluency is required for this position.
