What the job involves
- Keep resident apartments, restrooms, and shared areas clean by sweeping, dusting, removing trash, mopping, waxing, and disinfecting surfaces.
- Carry out additional floor-care tasks such as vacuuming carpets, shampooing them, and deodorizing carpeted areas.
- Maintain cleanliness across community spaces by cleaning surfaces throughout the property.
- Handle urgent cleaning needs in resident rooms when emergencies arise.
- Record cleaning work and related activities as required.
- Interact with residents and visitors in a polite, warm, and professional manner.
Benefits and compensation
Pay is based on the candidate’s background, skills, and experience. The role may also qualify for team-based bonus opportunities. Health, life, and retirement benefits are available depending on employment status. Temporary associates are not eligible for benefits, though they may join the company 401(k) plan.
