Job Overview

The Hire Controller is a crucial frontline role within the depot, focusing on sales and customer service. This position involves managing the entire hiring process, from initial order placement through to equipment delivery and collection. Success hinges on building strong relationships and coordinating effectively with all depot departments to ensure customer requirements are met promptly and satisfactorily.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

Primarily desk-based, the Hire Controller will collaborate closely with stock teams, drivers, and engineers. The main objective is to facilitate the swift fulfillment of customer needs by ensuring equipment availability and maintaining close communication throughout the process.
