Job description
Role overview
This position is for a commercially focused GTM Data & Performance Analyst who will support how go-to-market teams interpret data, improve partner results, and find new growth opportunities. It is a newly established role sitting at the intersection of analytics, strategy, sales, and commercial performance.
You will be responsible for creating high-value dashboards, turning data into practical insights, influencing business decisions, and tracking the effectiveness of AI and automation initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Develop, refine, and maintain dashboards, reports, and visual presentations in Power BI.
- Analyse large datasets with SQL to surface meaningful commercial insights.
- Produce reporting and performance analysis for partners and GTM activity.
- Spot trends, risks, and opportunities that can improve growth and performance.
- Contribute to work across pricing, sales efficiency, account management, and revenue improvement.
- Track and evaluate the impact of AI, automation, and emerging technology projects.
- Work closely with Sales, RevOps, BI, Data Science, Product, and Finance to support better decision-making.
What we're looking for
The ideal candidate has 2–4+ years of experience in a commercial analytics function and is comfortable working with data to shape business recommendations. Strong SQL ability and dashboard-building experience are essential, along with hands-on Power BI knowledge. Candidates with Tableau experience may also be considered if they are open to moving to Power BI.
You should bring a strong commercial outlook, excellent communication skills, and confidence in managing stakeholders. Experience in eCommerce, marketplaces, SaaS, consumer services, retail, travel, or hospitality is valuable, as is exposure to multi-country or marketplace businesses. Prior work supporting sales or GTM teams, plus experience in pricing, revenue, or performance analysis, will be highly relevant. The role also suits someone who is curious, proactive, and comfortable working with incomplete or imperfect datasets.
Package and benefits
- Base salary of €50,000–€60,000, plus bonus.
- Hybrid setup with 3 remote days per week and 20 days per year allowed to work abroad.
- Health cover, pension, TaxSaver, and extra annual leave.
- Flexible benefits designed around health, wellbeing, and learning priorities.
- Inclusive culture with enhanced parental leave, Inclusive Day, and a commitment to fair rewards.
- Study Assistance and Study Leave for ongoing development.
- Additional “Unbox Your World” benefits, including a YOLO day for short-notice time off once per year and a paid sabbatical after 5 years.
- Transparent salary ranges and clear progression routes.
