Role overview

This opportunity is with a fast-scaling fintech company focused on spend management and card solutions for small, physical businesses. The business has surpassed $15M in revenue, recently attained a $125M valuation, and is preparing for its next significant fundraising round. The organization runs lean and expects people to take ownership of outcomes rather than operate within layers of process.

Compensation

The package includes a $150K base salary and $200K total compensation, which combines base pay with a performance bonus.

The opportunity

This is a founding growth position for a marketer who can both generate demand and help turn that demand into revenue. The role covers full-stack growth work across paid advertising, email, SEO, and the wider marketing system, while also staying close to the sales funnel to help progress real opportunities. It is not a purely handoff-based role; success here suits someone who is comfortable running campaigns and then directly supporting deal closure.

You will work with the founders on a day-to-day basis and have room to grow as the company expands.

Responsibilities

  • Lead omni-channel growth efforts across paid media, email outreach, and search optimization.
  • Create, test, and refine demand-generation campaigns from launch through optimization.
  • Review growth performance data and use it to improve what is working.
  • Communicate with leads directly and support the conversion of interest into signed business.
  • Collaborate closely with the founders to define goals and help deliver them.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in go-to-market or marketing, with preference for omni-channel exposure.
  • Practical growth marketing ability across channels such as email, paid ads, and SEO.
  • Confidence and interpersonal strength when speaking with prospects, including over the phone.
  • Strong initiative, persistence, and disciplined follow-up habits.
  • Nice to have: experience in an early-stage startup, ideally Series B or earlier.
