Graphic Designer

Role Overview

This position is responsible for creating marketing and promotional assets that match the hotel brand’s visual identity and help support revenue generation. The role works closely with marketing managers and other operational teams to turn project needs into effective design concepts and finished materials.

What You’ll Do

• Create a wide range of marketing collaterals such as advertisements, printed materials, signage, quick-turn creative pieces, digital brochures, and presentation decks.
• Work as part of a project team with marketing and relevant departments to develop design solutions aligned to deliverable requirements.
• Build the visual style and appearance for promotions and event-related materials based on customer profiles and audience needs.
• Track project progress, keep project files and archives organized, and share regular updates with the marketing and project teams.
• Carry out production tasks including printing, scanning, digital retouching, image editing, special effects, file adjustments, and layout work.

Physical and Role Requirements

• Ability to handle objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance.
• Capable of standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods.

Preferred Background

A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design from an accredited college or university is preferred. The role calls for 3 to 5 years of experience in graphic design. No supervisory experience or certification is required.
