Key Responsibilities

This role involves a comprehensive range of creative tasks, including designing social media content, marketing collateral, and product packaging. You will be responsible for creating compelling visuals for various advertising platforms and maintaining brand consistency across all communications. The position also requires conducting professional product photography and videography, editing images for a premium look, and producing engaging video content such as Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts. A significant aspect of the role will be leveraging AI tools to enhance creative output, accelerate content generation, and explore new visual possibilities. Additionally, you will manage e-commerce creative assets, including Amazon A+ content and Brand Store designs, optimizing them for better performance.

Required Skills

Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects is essential. Familiarity with Canva Pro is also expected. Candidates should possess strong skills in product photography, basic videography, lighting setup, image retouching, reel editing, and motion graphics. Experience with AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, Leonardo AI, Adobe Firefly, Runway ML, or CapCut is preferred.

Preferred Experience

A minimum of 2–5 years of experience in graphic design and visual content creation is desired. Prior experience within the beauty, cosmetics, skincare, personal care, FMCG, fashion, or D2C brand sectors is advantageous. A strong portfolio showcasing packaging design, product photography, and social media content is a must. A solid understanding of branding principles, typography, color psychology, and consumer behavior is also important.

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means independently producing high-quality brand creatives, delivering packaging artwork with minimal revisions, and consistently creating engaging short-form videos. Professional execution of product photoshoots and effective utilization of AI tools to boost speed, creativity, and productivity are key indicators. The ability to support marketing, sales, and e-commerce teams with superior visual assets is crucial.
