About the Program

Satel is a property operator in Riyadh that manages premium residential communities serving residents from many nationalities and backgrounds. The organization is known for running operations at a standard that is positioned above what many market players have established.

SATEL Launchpad is the company’s first graduate development program. It is designed as a 4-month paid pathway to identify, train, and place strong graduates across SATEL’s operational functions. Participants work in a real operating environment from the first day.

How the Program Works

All participants begin through the same selection process. The first two weeks are used as an active assessment stage, with performance, attitude, and fit closely reviewed. After this period, participants are assigned to the area where they can contribute most effectively for the remaining four months.

Academic background helps guide the recommendation, but actual placement is determined by performance.

Open Units

  • Leasing: Manage tenant inquiries end to end, qualify prospects, arrange property tours, and monitor conversion activity. You will own the funnel from the first contact through to the attended tour.
  • Listings & Demand: Create and keep property listings updated across all platforms, make sure every unit is visible, track lead volume, and support content needs for active assets.
  • Facilities & Services: Coordinate maintenance and cleaning requests across residential properties, follow up on all open cases, work with vendors, and ensure units are ready within the required timelines.
  • Resident Relations: Handle everyday resident communication, record and resolve complaints, carry out property visits, and identify early signs of move-outs before they turn into vacancies.
  • Customer Experience: Manage incoming service requests across channels, make sure responses meet SLA requirements, and direct each issue to the right team so nothing is left unresolved or missed.
  • Revenue Management: Gather daily performance information across revenue units, maintain the division dashboard, and highlight any variance from target on the same day it appears.
  • Marketing & Growth: Assist with content creation, campaign rollout, social media publishing, and lead-generation activities across SATEL’s marketing channels.

Who Should Apply

This program is intended for fresh graduates of any nationality. Strong English skills are considered an advantage. The ideal candidate is outcome-focused rather than routine-driven, can receive direct feedback constructively, and act on it quickly. Prior experience is not required; results and performance are the main criteria.

Program Terms

The program runs for 4 months and is paid on a monthly basis. Performance reviews are scheduled for Week 2, Month 2, and Month 4. Conversion into a full-time role depends on performance and is not guaranteed.
