Program overview

English 1 is inviting newly graduated candidates and early-career professionals to begin an international teaching career in China. This role is designed for people who want more than a traditional office path and are excited by travel, cross-cultural experience, and practical skill-building while receiving a competitive salary. Prior classroom experience is not required, and the company provides training, visa support, and a structured development pathway.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead engaging English lessons for children and teenagers aged 3 to 16 in an interactive classroom environment.
  • Use the company’s curriculum and digital teaching tools to deliver lively and effective sessions.
  • Offer helpful feedback that supports students in improving confidence and language ability.
  • Participate in school-based events, cultural programs, and activities that support student involvement.

Accommodation and visa notes

Candidate profile

  • A bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
  • A valid passport.
  • Real interest in education, travel, and cultural exchange.
  • ESL credentials such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA are helpful, and sponsorship may be available.
  • A clear background check.
