  • Turn complex mobility processes and data flows into clear task instructions that can be used for AI evaluation.
  • Work closely with HR, security, and communications teams to keep outputs aligned with company procedures and continuity plans.
  • Apply crisis-management knowledge to develop realistic, multi-step scenario frameworks for model training and review.
  • Review model responses and improve them by focusing on reasoning structure, decision quality under uncertainty, and planning effectiveness.
  • Capture best practices in writing and contribute subject matter expertise to enterprise-level global mobility rubric design.

Requirements

  • Proven background in global mobility, expatriate support, or international HR operations.
  • Prior experience creating or assessing rubrics, with the ability to provide structured feedback for AI, analytics, or similar data-driven work.
